Zumba
This dance directly comes from Colombia which mixs sensuality and severals dances as salsa, merengue, samba, regaeton . . . and dynamics fitness moves !!
Goals : Dance is a way to exert itself without thinking about it. While having fun you will let go physically and mentally Well it's the best way to unwind after un stressing day at work. But the Zumba dance also allows you of expressing yourself, dare and let things go by making you aware of your own body. Ideal for those who need some confident. Zumba is also a cardio classe, it means that it helps you to work on your heart rhythms. The classe alterne between cardiovascular session and parts more "physical" where every muscles are soughted.
Results : tied / seathed abs, lengthened thighs and calfs, rounded glutei, a back and arms renforced. One hour of Zumba dance is arounds 500 calories losted. You will also learn to develop your balance and to coordinate your moves. Foot, legs, arms, bust and head : all the part of your body has a role to play . . . and mostly everything in a festive and dance atmosphere !!!
